I’ve created a space where you can relax, be yourself, and leave feeling amazing. No judgment, no rushed appointments—just a cozy, welcoming environment where your comfort always comes first. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Soft Plush, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have the following policies in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling •Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of their appointment. •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% service fee charged to the card on file.
