I started this business because I truly believe that every woman deserves to feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident no matter what. Waxing isn’t just about hair removal; it’s about self-care, feeling good in your own skin, and doing whatever makes you feel your best. I’ve created a space where you can relax, be yourself, and leave feeling amazing. No judgment, no rushed appointments—just a cozy, welcoming environment where your comfort always comes first. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Soft Plush, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have the following policies in place: Cancellations/Same Day Cancellation & Rescheduling •Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of their appointment. •Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% service fee charged in order to book another appointment.
